Iranian Drone Falls in Golan Heights

(MENAFN) Several towns throughout the Golan Heights heard sirens on Saturday after an Iranian unmanned aerial vehicle was deployed and landed in an uninhabited area, according to Israeli news reports.

An Israeli publication noted that alarms were triggered in Ein Zivan, Alonei HaBashan, and Ortal due to fears of a possible drone assault.

Subsequently, the Israeli Home Front Command confirmed that the episode had concluded.
Fighting erupted on June 13 when Israel conducted air raids on multiple locations within Iran, targeting both defense and atomic sites, leading Tehran to launch reprisal attacks.

Israeli officials reported that a minimum of 25 individuals have died and several hundred have sustained injuries following Iranian rocket barrages.

Conversely, in Iran, state media stated that 639 people have perished and over 1,300 have been hurt as a result of the Israeli offensive.
