Headsafe Establishes US Parent Company to Advance Global Commercialization of Its Nurochek™ Concussion Assessment Device

Headsafe Holdings, Inc. becomes parent of the Headsafe Group, scaling US operations & adoption of its FDA-cleared portable EEG system for concussion assessment.

ORLANDO, FL, UNITED STATES, September 2, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Headsafe today announced the establishment of Headsafe Holdings, Inc., a Delaware-incorporated U.S. parent company for the Headsafe Group. The new structure confirms the United States as the company’s primary growth market and gives Headsafe the platform to advance global commercialization of Nurochek™, its FDA-cleared portable EEG device that provides an objective concussion assessment in about two minutes, without a baseline test, as an aid to the diagnosis of concussion.

The decision reflects a simple market reality. Across emergency departments, urgent care centers, neurology and concussion clinics, and athletic programs, the professionals who evaluate head injuries must make consequential decisions quickly, often with tools that rely on symptoms and subjective testing. These clinicians and the institutions behind them commit to technology for years, and they expect a durable U.S. company standing behind it. Headsafe Holdings, Inc. provides that foundation: a U.S. corporate home for the company’s growing American organization, its commercial operations, and its clinical partnerships.

“The recent establishment of our U.S. parent company reflects both the progress we have made and the opportunity ahead. We believe Nurochek has the potential to meaningfully change how concussion is assessed, and the U.S. provides an exceptional platform from which to build our commercial presence, strengthen our clinical partnerships, and accelerate adoption,” said Craig Corrance, Chief Executive Officer, Headsafe Holdings, Inc.

“We are moving from pure innovation to disciplined execution,” Corrance added. “The technology is proven. Now we focus on adoption, service, and evidence that fits real-world healthcare.”

The new structure follows a year of sustained U.S. execution. Headsafe entered the American market in January 2026 with the launch of Nurochek, appointed Corrance, a veteran MedTech executive, to lead the company, and built a growing U.S. distribution network with announced partnerships that include Spartan Medical and 4U Solutions, among others. The company continues to add distribution partners as adoption expands. Adoption efforts are focused on high-volume concussion management settings, including emergency medicine, urgent care, neurology, sports medicine, and certified athletic trainers.

Nurochek uses electroencephalography (EEG) and visual evoked potentials to measure how the brain responds to controlled visual stimuli. A trained healthcare professional fits a lightweight headset, a guided software protocol runs the assessment, and built-in AI and machine learning algorithms analyze

the signal to produce a clear, objective report that supports the clinician’s decision. The test requires no baseline and takes about two minutes. Nurochek does not replace CT or MRI when structural injury is a concern, and it does not replace clinical judgment; it adds objective brain function data to the standard neurological assessment.
